Project: Sibley Pond Bridge Replacement

Description: This 790-ft-long, two lane bridge was the first NEXT D Bridge in New England.  The bridge is comprised of two 5-span continuous units using the new PCI New England 36 inch deep NEXT D precast inverted T beam sections. Each span is connected by lap splicing HRC 555 T-heads for accelerated bridge construction.  Designed and completed in 15 months, finished 10-1/2 months ahead of schedule.
