Project: Herndon Station Parking Structure

Description: When removing the steel casing on the drilled shaft a rebar stirrup caught onto the casing and pulled the cage up 3 feet too hight.  The bars were cut to the correct elevation and the HRC 670 HeadLock was installed to replace the hooks.
