Description: The choice was made to run the bars long on all the drilled shaft cages instead of hooks.  Once the cages were set the bars were cut to the correct elevation and the HeadLocks were used to anchor the cages for sizes #11, #14, and #18.  The contractor commented that without the hooks they did not have to worry about elevation issues and it was so much easier to pour the concrete with a lot of room for the tremie.
