Headed Reinforcement's HRC 670 is a field installed T-head with primary applications for retrofits and field fixes. This T-Head allows you to easily substitute standard hooks, correct rebar elevation issues and/or address rebar cage congestion issues in the field.
There is no rebar end prep required for normal applications and no special equipment needed for installation on-site. Simply field cut the rebar, push the T-Head on to the bar and tighten down the bolt to develop full rebar strength and ductility. The HRC 670 meets and exceeds ACI 318 and ASTM A970 class HA requirements for tensile properties and head bearing area.
